Independent Shopper & Delivery Agreement

You are an independent contractor engaged to purchase and deliver goods on behalf of Akiliwo Connect LLC ("the Company"). You are not an employee, partner, or agent with authority to bind the Company.

1. What you do

For each order the Company assigns, you agree to:

• Purchase the listed items from the agreed store or market, using funds provided or reimbursed by the Company.
• Deliver the items to the address provided, in good condition, within the agreed time window.
• Capture proof at the doorstep — at minimum one clear photo and one short video (10–20 seconds) showing the items and the handover — and upload them to the Company's order system immediately after delivery.
• Keep all receipts and submit them with each completed order.

2. Money & purchasing

• You buy goods only with Company-provided or reimbursed funds. You never ask the recipient or sender for any payment, cash, or "extra."
• Any unspent funds are returned to the Company within 24 hours of delivery.
• You confirm the price with the Company before buying any item that exceeds the agreed budget.

3. Your payment

• The Company pays you a flat fee per completed, photo-verified delivery, as agreed in writing with you during onboarding.
• Payment is made within 48 hours of the Company receiving valid proof and receipts.
• No proof or incomplete proof = the delivery is not complete, and the fee may be withheld until corrected.

4. Standards

You agree to deliver on time, handle goods carefully and hygienically, be polite and professional, never substitute items without approval, and never misrepresent the Company. Repeated late deliveries, missing proof, or mishandling funds are grounds for ending this Agreement.

5. Honesty & funds protection

• You will not divert, "top up," resell, or keep any goods or funds.
• Misuse of funds or falsifying proof (e.g., reusing old photos) is immediate termination, and you must repay any amounts owed. The Company may report theft to the authorities.

6. Confidentiality

You keep customer names, addresses, phone numbers, and order details private, and use them only to complete deliveries.

7. Independent status

You provide services as an independent contractor, use your own judgment on timing and route, and are responsible for your own taxes. This Agreement creates no employment relationship.

8. Ending the agreement

Either party may end this Agreement with 7 days' notice (or immediately for dishonesty or a serious breach). On ending, you return any Company funds, devices, or materials and submit outstanding proof and receipts.
